Frequently Asked Qestions

  • The live training calls are conducted on the SECOND Thursday of the month at 8 pm EST. The group coaching call is conducted on the FOURTH Thursday of the month at 8 pm EST. You will receive a Zoom link to access the calls, which will be emailed to you and posted in the Facebook group.

  • No, this membership is to support coaches with building their coaching and business skills, but if you’re interested in becoming a certified coach and working towards your ICF credentials then you can join the waitlist for the Fall 2022 life coach training program Here!

  • No worries! Every call is recorded, and you’ll be able to access the replays in your membership portal. You’ll gain so much value from watching the recordings even if you can’t attend live!

  • After the last day of your membership, you will not be able to access the content in your membership portal and you will be removed from the private Facebook group.

    You’ll still have access to any materials you’ve already downloaded including access to the Life Coach Starter Kit.

  • Due to the nature of digital products and the value of the downloadable content you have access to when you join, there are no refunds. If you want to cancel your subscription, you need to email hello@kristakathleen.com at least 30 days before your next payment is due.
